This looks like a good price for this unit. Note that its only 2.1 (two speakers and subwoofer) but it offers 1080p upscaling on the dvd player, an 80gb hardrive for storing music, ethernet, ipod dock, XM ready, etc. Cheapest I see on the web is Vanns for ~$300, Overstock and Buy.com have it for >$400.
