Canadian PM says Canada is becoming ''energy superpower''

PM Stephen Harper said this will reduce the world's dependence on oil from less stable nations. Canada is the second largest exporter of natural gas and ninth in oil. As much as C$125 billion may be spent on oil sand projects in Alberta.
